How Many Of Us Are Enjoying Being Quarantine?
Whether you’re quarantined with bae or family, you can admit that you might be actually going crazy right now. Some fresh air is necessary and maybe even a little or big vacation after this as well. When I say I’m over it I really mean it and I’m sure you can agree. As a fellow homebody I’m all Netflix-ed out and I’m running out of patience.
Here are some ideas/things I’ve been doing to keep busy:
-Find A Workout Plan (that works for you)
Yoga is one of my go to’s activity to start my day, it really gets the blood flowing in areas that need to be awakened. Yoga is a yes for me and always has me woke right after. Even though I don’t do it as often as I should my body appreciates it all the time. I’m still in the beginner stage of yoga which is called Hatha Yoga.

Decreases anxiety (which I have a lot of).

-Create A Mood Board
Create a visual presentation of what you want to do, learn or experience. After collecting images of your choice make notes of which ones you want do first. Depending on what it is, do some research or watch a tutorial and make it happen. Book that flight for the future or learn that hobby you always wanted to do. Pick up at least one new skill coming out of quarantine and master it.
