Welcome back!!! I had to update you about my recent experience! I know it's been a while but I recently had a milestone birthday in Dubai. It took me forever to choose an actual place to celebrate but I decided to travel 13 hours to see my dream destination. A straight flight at that and I flew Emirates because who else would I choose to fly with.

I visited the Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi which is about an hour away from Dubai. We had a private driver that took us also to see the Presidential Palace.

Fall is here!
My favorite season is upon us and I’m ready to get cozy with a French vanilla latte of course. My soft girl era has returned and when I mean soft like anything 100% cotton or cashmere will be touching my skin only. I need the sweaters, Uggs and yes I still wear lulu lemon. Comfort is a must and sometimes cutting people off can also be a factor as well. Time to let go and make room for growth, if it’s not serving you than maybe it’s time.

Now is the time to remove anything that might be holding you back or keeping you down. If you’re not growing you’re dying. Where there is no progress, there is no growth. Fall has a beautiful way of showing how easy it is to let go. There’s no growth in the comfort zone, but you knew that!
Sometimes your skin needs a break from all the harsh chemicals in daily products or sometimes just your junk food/alcohol intake.
According to Optima Dermatology a skin detox is often described as a way to remove impurities like toxins, dead skin cells, and pollutants from the skin, supposedly leading to a more radiant appearance.
The body is designed to clear out waste, so you’re technically always undergoing a detox. Toxins can’t exit the body through the skin, and there isn’t really a way to speed up your body’s detoxification process, despite what some creative marketing around juice cleanses may tell you. But you can influence your skin’s appearance by making smart choices about what you put into your body.
Refreshing your skincare routine can help you do more for your skin if your current routine is leaving something to be desired.
Some ways I take a break from harsh products are:
Exfoliating once or twice each week with Skin Fix exfoliating pads.
Applying sunscreen on no makeup days. (Cerave)

Staying hydrated with lots of water intake.
Refreshing your skincare routine by throwing out old or expired products monthly.

Talk about an experience! I recently came back from El Salvador for my birthday trip and I had one of the best spa experiences ever.
Have you ever gone out of the country just for a massage. I'm super big on selfcare, so I'm definitely going to have a spa day anywhere and anytime! Sento Spa and salon is the epitome of luxury. I had an amazing experience at Sento Luxury Spa. Not just because of the two glasses of wine by the poolside but the amazing view from a private room where I got the best massage a body could ask for. If you don't fall asleep during a massage it wasn't that good. Honey, I was knocked out completely from the amazing aromas in the room and the softest hands. I would recommend this spa to anyone who is interested in relaxing in pure luxury or celebrating a milestone. I had no idea what to expect, so I tried out the deep tissue massage which was absolutely perfection. 9.2/10 experience and the staff was very attentive. The property alone was beautiful.
