Let It Go

Fall is here!

My favorite season is upon us and I’m ready to get cozy with a French vanilla latte of course. My soft girl era has returned and when I mean soft like anything 100% cotton or cashmere will be touching my skin only. I need the sweaters, Uggs and yes I still wear lulu lemon. Comfort is a must and sometimes cutting people off can also be a factor as well. Time to let go and make room for growth, if it’s not serving you than maybe it’s time.

Let that friend go! Let that job go! Let that man go!

Make space for your peace and stop blocking your blessings!

Move On And Let Go:

Now is the time to remove anything that might be holding you back or keeping you down. If you’re not growing you’re dying. Where there is no progress, there is no growth. Fall has a beautiful way of showing how easy it is to let go. There’s no growth in the comfort zone, but you knew that!

Unwind and De-stress

How To Stay Afloat In This Chaos

Since the year has started how are those resolutions working out for you?! Juggling a 9-5 and it has been a whirlwind from what we see in the media to as simple as buying overpriced eggs. We take so much on throughout our daily lives. Sometimes the day will drag you and that’s why it is important to unwind and find your happy place.

Laneige Products

Some things I do to de-stress:

  • Eating salmon, Avocados, Dark Chocolate, Nuts, Berries, Yogurt, Eggs and Spinach are all happy foods (that increases serotonin)

  • Apply Laneige sleeping mask (saving grace for dry skin)

  • Use Dennis Gross Facial Steamer (perfect for cleaning pores)

  • Apply Topicals under eye patches (great de-puffer)

  • Use L'Occitane Immortal Divine Youth Oil (extra moisture, I add it to my face moisturizer)

  • Take Zinc supplements (before bed, maintains skin hydration and elasticity, repairs the immune system and prevents hair loss)

  • Take Magnesium (for better sleep)

  • Taking a WARM Shower (stress relief)

  • Book a Spa Day (massages are a life saver)

The Massage Of My Life

Sento Luxury Spa

Talk about an experience! I recently came back from El Salvador for my birthday trip and I had one of the best spa experiences ever.

Have you ever gone out of the country just for a massage. I'm super big on selfcare, so I'm definitely going to have a spa day anywhere and anytime! Sento Spa and salon is the epitome of luxury. I had an amazing experience at Sento Luxury Spa. Not just because of the two glasses of wine by the poolside but the amazing view from a private room where I got the best massage a body could ask for. If you don't fall asleep during a massage it wasn't that good. Honey, I was knocked out completely from the amazing aromas in the room and the softest hands. I would recommend this spa to anyone who is interested in relaxing in pure luxury or celebrating a milestone. I had no idea what to expect, so I tried out the deep tissue massage which was absolutely perfection. 9.2/10 experience and the staff was very attentive. The property alone was beautiful.

The entrance

Outdoor pool

  • When you first arrive the staff gives you a locker which is fully stocked with a robe, towel, slippers and disposable underwear.

  • After you head to the outdoor pool, you order your drink of choice.

  • You have the option of going in the saunas or hot tub before they call you for your massage.

Summer in Cabo

Here are a few things I did in Cabo, Mexico:

  • Camel Back Riding- Booked a session with Cactus Tours. 10/10 experience. The tour also included food and drinks. The camel ride was along Migrino Beach. There were photographers taking photos the whole way and you get to choose which photos you want to purchase at the end of the tour. No phone photos or videos were allowed. The tour guides were very informative. I enjoyed the tour and would definitely recommend it to anyone even young children as well. If you have any back issues, this probably won’t work for you.

  • Clear Boat Ride- Reservations were made with Envatours Cabo. 4/10 experience. They provided life vest and no shoes were allowed on the boat. The boat tour went to Lover’s beach and the Arch. Pictures were taken as well on this tour which were for purchase at the end. One of the tour guides were not very pleasant. The tour seemed a bit rushed especially when photos were being taken. Overall I did not hate the experience but I won’t book with this company. I do not recommend this company.

  • Tequila Tasting- Booked with Cactus Tours. 9/10 experience. This was included with the camel ride and there was a variety of tequilas to try. I’m not big on alcohol but I was highly impressed by the different flavors to try.

  • Stretching Class- The resort provided the class. 10/10 experience. This was my first stretching class and it was not as hard as I thought it would be. I definitely recommend this class or any classes that may have you active on vacation.

A Skin Care Must Have

I’m always looking for good skincare, I might have an actual problem lol. Finding the right skincare is definitely satisfying and probably makes me the happiest. Right now my obsession with face masks is a little compulsive. As soon as I read the benefits of the mask, I’m completely sold.
